Yes.
Wait.
No.
Neither is worse. You can cut just as effectively on either one. Some people do Keto (low carbs) and some people do 40/40/20 (protein, carbs, fats) or something similar.
Lets put it this way, eggs hold me full for hours unlike slices of bread

I totally agree with this.
:p
Read the stickies, OP.
Fat tastes better than carbs imo ;)
Two great tastes that go great together.
Protein is worse. Throw all your protein out and gorge yourself in delicious carbs and fats.
Maintaining like abs? I assumed you're talking about getting fat. Neither turns into fat automatically. Calorie surplus turns into fat.
If you need to fill up your fat intake, take fat. Plus, it's good to increase your hormone or something.
If you need energy, take carbs. Carbs also make you full more imo.

yea but what's worse carb fat or fat fat?

option c- neither.
Caloric deficit, regardless of macro-nutrient type will allow you to achieve low enough body fat % to see abs.

Neither. Calorie surplus turns to fat (I don't think carb fat exists)
Nutritional fat and the fat layer below the skin is not the same.
so yall are saying low-moderate caloric intake but high fat high carb can still obtain abs???

you get abs from losing fat, you lose fat by cutting calories. It doesn't matter where you're calories come from, beyond getting enough protein to preserve muscle, getting enough fat for hormonal levels and stuff, and carbs for energy.
How many times can we tell you that neither is inherently good or inherently bad?
I guess the best answer to this is: Neither..and both. Many people on here seem to have success from cycling between fat and carbs as opposed to just doing low carb or low fat. And me personally I seem to crave carby stuff way more now than I used to. For some reason just fats or proteins don't satisfy as much as they used to.
Neither is bad for a cut. Both have important roles to play.
This sounds like a delicious troll
