I currently do a PPL split, but I like the premise of 5/3/1 and I'm going to give it a shot.
The only thing is that it seems to be lacking in volume.. even the bodybuilder's template with a lot of assistance work only works each muscle group 1x a week at most
So, for anyone who's ever done 5/3/1, did you find it lacking in volume at all? Or am I being a typical newb and overthinking everything? Any insights? :)
