I'm in, I need something to keep me motivated during the dog days of summer and to keep me on a strict diet, because the summer cookouts and roadtrips always murder my diet.

yea I feel you.. memorial day.. july 4th coming up.. and I CANT eat or drink anything bad preparing for a contest july 9th.. but It will be worth it when I'm holding that 1st place trophy

Sweet ! This will be the second challenge for me. Diet went off track after the previous challenge. I agree this will keep the training and diet on check for sure. Man, all the barbeques this summer... by the pools and beaches !

We don't have to buy products and send in receipts do we?

labrada's products are better than ON though, so if I was you I would for sure buy their protein, it's really good!

Sorry for the confusion. I was on the Labrada challenge that Lee does a couple time a year on his web site. I was just stating that after doing all that was required for the challenge, I forget to add the receipts to the package that had to be mailed back in.

Eligibility: Bodybuilding.com's 12-Week Transformation Challenge (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Samoa, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and any other US territories and protectorates), 18 years of age and older at the time of entry and members of the U.S. military who reside at APO/FPO addresses outside of the U.S. and who possess valid government issued identification.

so you have to be 18 to win a prize but I'm sure you can still participate :) and I'll friend request you man i'll personally try to help you stay motivated, I wish I would have known what I know now when I was 15.
