creatine rash?(pics)

ok so i took creatine over the summer than stopped in like september, and started taking it again in october. During the summer i didnt have any rashes or anything. Now it seems the rash developed around the same time i started taking creatine again, and it slowly gets worse. I didnt change anything in my diet everything has been the same. I have this rash on both my arms and not sure if anyone else has experienced this. And yes I know that creatine is found naturally in the body

First ever person to be allergic to creatine its produced in your body naturally, so prob not. How much did you take? It could of been caused by fabric.

5 g a day didnt load(20g/day) just been taking 5 g a day consistently

yes but i have this for over a month, it been progressing. The one week it was almost gone and then some days it is like full blown. Especially after a shower the red spots really come out

not sure i sometimes get it when fapping well used to.. go to your gp.. better safe than sorry.. it might be something rediculous have you tried hydrocortisone cream on it or even sudocrem if you dont have the first one?

ive been putting benadryl on it and then when i dont put it on it comes back so i figured it something im consuming on a consistent basis if the cream works and then when i dont it comes back

Yeah just keep applying it. If it doesnt go away go to your doctor.

just stop with creatine looks if it goes away, if not go to a doctor

i would go to doctor either way...cause if you are allergic to creatine then might be something serious...since creatine is found in meat...yes its higher dosage but still
