So Smoked today's workout!
Squats- 350 8 sets of 4 reps- RPE 7.5 maybe
Deadlifts- 500 6 sets of 3(sumo style)
Standing leg curls- 105,105,115(8) with a 4 second negative
Abductor- IMO super under-utilized piece of gym equipment(great for mobility and flexability IMO) on top of building muscle. 3 sets of 10 reps.

9 sets of 4 paused reps of 270- flat bench
Then hit Back
Seal Rows- 225 5x5(love this movement)
HS machine Row- 4plate per side 4 sets of 10( both handles togehter) I feel doing it like this makes it a bit tougher, had a nice slow tempo and eccentric was very controlled.
HS ISO HIGH ROW-135(7 reps)x4 sets
Straigt Bar curls(4 second negatives) 80,90,100(10)
One arm Cable Curl(simulating incline Dumbell curls) 3 sets of 12(CRAZY PUMP)
Fat Grip Hammer Curls- 35,40,50(10)
OVerall good workout

Today was rough had a Fixed foot post in the snow and cold, after 5 hours of sleep. 8 hours on foot, barely any walking :(
Today's workout was a little tough just because I felt a tad stiff and tired!
But the c4 1 3/4 scoop helped me push trough!
Paused low bar squats-335 6x6- not super hard, just first few sets felt tight! up +10lbs per set
Paused Sumo Deads- 465 6x6- this was Definately Solid- up +10lbs from last week and an extra set(lots more volume )
Hit 6 sets of calf raises by 12 reps
Pumped to hit Fat Grip 6x6 Bench tmrw and Hyper Back , think its my favorite day of the split!

Today's workout was really good!
Squats- 345- 7x5 reps +10lbs from last weeks (335)
Deadlifts- 485- 4x5 reps + 5lbs from last weeks (480) and an added set
Then did a nice calf workout- these need a lot of work
45 degree angle calf raise machine- 4 sets of 12
Leg Press toe presses- 3 sets of 10
Donkey Calf raises -4 sets of 12

Today's workout!
Flat Bench- 7x5 with 260lbs
CG Paused Bench- 3 second pause- 2 sets of 5 reps
Side laterals-35,40,40(10)
TBAR Pushdowns- I like these because it forces the elbows to be pushed out and feels unique
overall today is a the easiest day in the gym as far as my split goes !

Squats- 360 8x4 reps ( up 10lbs from last week)
Sumo Deads- 510 6x3 (up 10 lbs from last week)
doesn't look like a lot, overall was good ! loving the way I split so far!

after seeing all the PL stuff from the arnold I am pretty amped up,never deadlifted 3x in one week, that plus squatting 3x per week and benching 3x per week, plus in a caloric surplus. I am excited to see the next 3 months, see where my numbers are at in late spring, FINALLY do a meet like you keep saying. New C4 Real good, need to get my hands on the other new g4 series sooner then later

squats, bench, and dead all 3x a week is a HUGE reason for the progress I've made…undulate those reps and make f#$king GAINZ! Cant wait to see how you respond to it!

Seal row-230(4)x2sets 240(4)x2 sets 225(6)
Reverse CG pulldowns- 220,230,240(7)
Dumbell rows(5 second holds at the top) 130,135,140x6 reps(love the squeeze)
Tbar Cable Row- 230,240,260(7) semi loose form
HS Machine plate loaded row-5pps(6)x2 sets
Dumbell Curls-50,55,60x3 x 6 slow controlled reps
Was pretty solid today!

Jose looked the best he ever has, its crazy to me IFBB/ NPC athletes just don't get the dry factor, top IFPA/WNBF guys get espc in the back and glutes, its like they are shredded but holding water, and these guys guts are out of control!
And yeah I have been killing it man.
Really enjoying the Cellucor C4, SD betaine, and Met rx quik cret POWO. SIMPLE and effective.
I have a tub of MP new Wreckage coming soon IMO most complete formula ever, I thought nutrex outlift was super solid but this is even better IMO. Has everything in it. Also getting some more Animal Juiced Aminos any day now. I think its a great performance product.
So adding two VERY good Supplements to my workout plan, plus caloric surplus expect the next few weeks to yield some volume PRs.

about twice a year yes!
for about 2 weeks 2 seperate times a year.
I will be cycling off during my deload week first week of april for sure!
