Can anyone tell me if I have gyno or am just fat? I don’t feel like I have lumps, just fat around my chest and on the sides of my chest like under my armpits and around my lats.

Doest it feels like a rubbery lump under the nipple, any pain or tenderness? Only time will tell if you dont have any of those.
