I've peaked and had trouble putting on more muscle after 2 years of lifting. Lean mass to be exact not fat. Any tips to put on new muscle mass because it's been hard for me lately. I currently weight 133 ibs and I'm at 12% bodyfat.

I'm betting that the issue is that you hate getting a little bloated or gaining some fluff. This will hold you back from gaining muscle - we've seen this hundreds of times.
Gotta break eggs to make an omelette... eat more.
