would've been muchmuchmuch better if they replaced the sweetener in the diet coke from aspartame (which causes stalls in keto diets) to splenda or stevia (which don't cause stalls)

even better, why not just drink coffee or tea haha

umm heres somethings thats weird/interesting-I was doing my body for life w/ckd approach(yes u.d 2.0 style-less then 40gm quality fat-likewise carbs)
and I had got to a very low body fat %-i didnt get it tested but I saw my love handles completley disapear and that belly shrink-leaving me looking like a buff skeleton
-but the lack of sleep/certain movements made me rethink the situation from a health point of view- though I did take pictures on
my kodak-Ive got to get em printed and scanned(this time)-it would be good to see who you have helped all these times, right.

also i was sick of people who use to pick on me and call me fat(at 9/10% body fat, now calling me annorexic/gay and fakin vomitting noise's
-but on the other side of the coin-never got on better with the birds-pity is, that there's only one girl for me- I miss you Marisol-

also I noticed how you were interested in CHi_Town's macro scrambling-all I can say is do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what can also help is that if you say need 2000 cals a day(to lose fat), multiply this by 7(full week) which is 14000 and then have heavy and light calorie days- and obviously train as hard as possible on heavy days or if you slip up etc.....make sthings fun and metobiolism wont know what to do with itself

otherwise this zig zagging is great if you can keep constantly under the alotted calories for the day-there are no refeeds/ binges or cheats and no high blood acidity etc because you can step in when your body starts crashing on keto/bloating on carbos and have that high fibre/vegetable day or detox day- though I know Chi was going to do it for weeks opposed to days.........this is where that no one diet principle comes to play- find what worx and go hard

altho on cheat days i do sometimes have a can =)

honestly i dont know why they havent switched to splenda in the diet coke.... splenda is AWESOME, ever since i tried it ive been hooked... you dont have that nasty after taste that you get with other types of sugar substitutes, and it does taste like sugar...

i dunno man i buy them in tablet form, and i eat them raw with water... maybe the intensity of the sweet dulls out the after taste, but as of yet, no bad experiences... and im sure its gotta be better than sweet n low's after taste, that **** is nasty

Diet Rite is made with Splenda and I get a nasty aftertaste...

Diet Rite Cola sucks... tastes like FLAT diet pepsi, with an aftertaste.
