well i might as well put my two cents in lol. Mega men by GNC but, those animal packs sound tempting, also betty sounds tempting ohhhhhhhhhh, ahhhhhhhhh lol
Centrum is a WASTE of money, take it if you want but do not expect it to keep you healthy like a real mulit-v will...don't be fooled by what supp companies or big pharma tells you, they're out to make a buck at the expense of your health!
Don't expect any big companies to give you potency and efficacy because it's not there, they have big expensive labs for synthesizing chemicals and that's what they market! Smaller health-food companies can do natural extractions of whole food plants for far superior nutrient profiles in smaller amounts!
Even the type of minerals put into multi's is confusing because it says nothing about bio-availability! Smaller amounts of minerals depending on how they are chelated can be vastly superior as far as absorption and give you much more than a synthetic multi while still not having enough mg to meet supposed RDA's because they are numbers based on weight, not absorption!
Bottom line: take a whole-food based multi and FEEL the difference!
Animal Pak Owns...
Took a pak for first time preworkout.
Well I'll just say I noticed a difference and it was good.
Took Megamen, in my opinion you mine as well get something from a dollar store.
ISS super vitamin pack. 12 bucks a month and it has everything you need and probbly a bit more.
he's right about that it's about 12 a month for 30 packs.does anyone else have an opinon on this brand?and compare to megamen multi how does it compete????
I know Yopo just ripped on Centrum, but it was physician recommended and I've been using it for 3 years now.

yopo, so which multi are you using? (brand name)
Anyone heard chromium picolinate can cause cancer? (Animal Pak)
animal pak because it has well everything, even things you probably don't need
All you guys talk about how great the numbers look and some are cheaper and then some are easier to take. But my question is do any of you notice any difference when you change multi's or go off them? What makes you think your multi is the best? Is it because you feel better or is it because you see more numbers on the label? I'm not ranting or anything, I'd just like to see why you think your multi is better than another.
I like Animal Pak for the following reasons:
1. Good amount of Vits,Aminos,Essential Fatty Acids,Digestive Enzymes.
2. Performance Optimizers seem to give me an extra jolt of energy in the gym when taken pre-workout.
3. # of pills per serving each in individual packets and canister for freshness (all these pills must have an advantage?)
4. Descent Price
5. Only tried a few other multis- GNS MegaMen, and Complex 24, So I really don't have much to compare off.
6. Cool container and the Animal articles are interesting, why not.
I love my Animalpak!
A trainer I know can swallow all 11 pills in one gulp but I'm still choking them down 1 at a time. However I do feel a noticable energy boost when taken within a few hours of my workouts.
I was wondering if I was the only one with the "Mt Dew" colored piss afterwards though, guess not :)
MORE WATER bro!
I can Do the 11 Pills Thing also!!
Yeah, I love the Animal Pak.

Ive never used the ISS Vitamin pack, but I compared the labels at home, and Mega Man has everything the ISS does, plus more.
So "if it aint broke, dont fix it".
i use balleys vitamins for men and theragran-m. I just started using balleys and like it cuz it has glutamine in it, but theragran never did wrong. One downside of ballyes is it's a 3 a day
I just started taking Mega Men Today so ill see how It goes!!
"Multi Pro 32x by AST" over here and I recommend it!
TwinLabs's DualTabs
I think Centrum products are all good. Performance has what athletes need.
By the way, multivitamins does not really give you that much of a different feeling, right? It just makes up for what you missed in regular meals.
One more thing, what does "bumb" mean? I see that sprinkled through the forums.
AST MultiPro 32x here
For my favorite multi, it would have to be Optimum Nutritions Opti-men and Opti-women. They have everthing in them and I think that they work GREAT!! Just an all around good multi!
Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Man. (Men)
The older formulation, the newer high marketed version has too many useless ingredients that pump up the price.
(Look for the gray label)
Opti-woman (women) is good also (for women) Same thing for the new over hyped version.
Save yourself five bucks a month.
I just started using GNC Mega Men and am happy with it. I like taking one in the morning and one at night, and I like the potency and added nutrients for things like prostate health. Although I wouldn't waste my money on GNC brand sports nutrition supplements, I think they make some great vitamin/mineral/herb supplements.

Centrum if you live in a box. Its better than taking NOTHING but still sucks. I'm taking Mega Men. Good blend of B-vitamins and certain vits and minerals and amino acids especially for men who lift weights, and you get a 3 month supply for 30 bucks. Animal Pak if you have the money, most definantly.
