Lol just kidding. Rise Against song's are my favourite for cardio as well as a few select songs from Three Days Grace, Eminem, Lost Prophets and other bands. Prefer to do weights without music though cause it just distracts me. Oh and Fort Minor - Remember The Name is a pretty good motivator to, don't think it's been mentioned.

I usually listen to a lot of rap and hardcore, anything thats fast and loud with big bass, and you have to play it loud ... i play it that loud i have broke one of my earphones and i'm using my dads at the moment :)

What's the best rap song you listen to that motivates you that has lots of bass? A couple would be good. Any good rap/hip-hop song for motivating you would be good, really.

On the treadmill this morning doing incline I was all out of steam, then this song came on on my ipod and in an instant my mood was lifted and I felt like I could run another 10 km.

Reminds me of the start of 2005 my life was in the gutter, my ex had cheated on me with my best mate , I had to pay back a loan she had in my name and I had a whole load of other crap going on in my life. Felt like I had a whole world carrying on my shoulders.
Then one day on the way home from work I heard this song and I realised things were going to be okay
I should be on radio 1 changing tracks :D
