put another 10lbs on my bench. 335 raw. I haven't been able to train with my shirt though, im curious to see what i can do with it now.

There is no way that you benched that weight raw and that miuch more wirh a shirt.Did you pause and go or BOUNCE it. I weght 184 5ft9 and can bench raw stop and go 325 and have been lifting power style for 2an a half yrs. So do youy have video,and by rhe way what kinda of junk are you taking if you do.

i know this is the wrong section to ask this but what would be the best way for me to warm up before maxing on DL?

last week, push press 308 for a single, log press 264 for a single, bent over rows 352 for 5 reps.
Went for a 396 front squat but got very stuck at the bottom lol! Few more weeks and I might get it!

im thinking i have 525-545 in me. but w/ my warm ups the way they are my best has been 500.
