Kinda agree with the others WRT just eat, but be sensible about it. You're young and gonna be entering your prime years soon so you have to make the most of it. I wish I got into all this malarky at an earlier stage in my life.
Just make sure you maintain a healthy balance between BB and real life. Keep a solid social life and eat big/ get big and you will be onto a winner in 3/4 years time man.

In on this too. And like you I have played soccer me entire life. After I started lifting, it improved my game tremendously. I currently play in college, and trust me when I say, you will be way ahead of the game if you begin lifting now. Believe me, you will see improvements in your game in no time. Keep up the good work and remember the important thing is to always have fun.

Counting just protein seems to be a good route...I think that will set your head up to grow. Try the routine you have for a bit and if you're not seeing what you want I'd say hop on starting strength.

I think that you should begin with Starting Strength. If you follow this routine strictly, are consistent with your diet (ie caloric surplus) then you should see very good strength and size gains :D!

off day
I rode my bike with my friends for 30mins and then we raced for about a mile came in 2nd :D and that was the activity besides a morin walk ( i can run the mile in 6mins not that fast but ill get there)
Protein Intake:160g
Breakfast:Oatmeal1.5cups,2scoops protein powder

Summary of today:had a pretty good day hungout with friends and my dad but awhile before dinner a got a huge stomachache and forced my dinner down cause i know i need to. now im bloated and my stomach is killing me!
Goals:no longer afraid of fat gain(well not as much as when I first started) so goals are still to pack on alot of muscle and keep stomach lean(not contest tho)
