I'm a business major w/ a marketing concentration and a focus on professional selling w/ a minor in psychology for what its worth.
Interested to hear responses, but I think the average salary is ~32k per year.
Inb4 engineer with a 70k job in the oil industry.

I'm in college and have worked at an internship for the last two summers. Work 40 hours a week and they pay a 40k/year salary: about 20$/hour.

how do/did you like it? accounting doesn't click well w/ me at all; i can do it, i just sorta feel like if i accepted an accounting job i'd be selling my soul for that salary

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Technology
Working onsite at a nuclear plant last year and a half, made $68,000 AFTER taxes last year with overtime (average 50 hrs every other weeek) and per diem (biggest factor)
However prob gonna be job searching by the end of the year due to layoff/ not willing to travel from site to site all over my whole career.

7 years later, salary almost tripled. not too shabby. I have definitely come a long way
for one day i got payed around 10k

50k police cadet graduated last june
should get bumped up to 60k upon graduation
and i took criminology

I like it. It's def not for everybody though. The travel starts to wear on your social/fitness life. I will most likely try to take a job in industry down the road.
