Multivitamin
Only asking because i havent seen Orange triad been mentioned in years (I used the search bar) unless i missed some. So i was wondering if its still good considering their formula has changed a little. I was looking either at orange triad or anavite. I saw some lawsuit with the anavite but not really a huge deal to me. But which should i go with? Just started working out again. I am not really into weight lifting too much, I only do some compound lifting like squats, deadlifts, pullups and bench press. I also jog 2-3 miles 4 days out of the week with some sprint exercises. Goal right now is just lose some fat. I know multivitamin are not to lose fat. But i know my diet is lacking some days.
Also, just found out a local vitamin shoppe has only 3 orange triad left before they discount it and have it on sale for $10 each bottle which seems like a HUGE steal considering it goes over $40.

Orange Triad is mentioned daily. It's one of the best choices for a multi. I've used for years and consistently recommend on the forums and irl.

Hmm i might have missed it or its not showing up for me. I only see posts from over 4 years ago. I just noticed their Vit D has gone up a lot since their older formula. But yeah, thats why OT is one i am wanting to try since i see it mentioned a lot. I might give it a shot. Plus, only being $10 at my local Vitamin shoppe seems like a good time to give it a try.

The search function on here is a little tricky, great option though for $10.

Okay cool. I sometimes overthink supplements like they can cause some harm down the line. But then again, i am new at working out and supplements.

Definitely nothing wrong with taking a hard look at the chemicals you put in your body (remember, food = chemicals). Companies like Controlled Labs have a track record of doing the right thing and being compliant. In general you can't go wrong with the basics: amino acids (creatine, beta alanine, etc), multi vitamin, fish oil, protein.

It is mentioned on here often, as others mentioned...the search function doesn't work on this forum.
