Yeah same here left knee for me, but like I said I messed it up twice already. Back in high school at 16 years old as I have said in the past, I could actually squat 405 for 8 reps parallel because I was playing football and didn't want to get knocked over during practice/games.
Different strokes for me this summer. I wanna be a shredded dad in the beach with my wifey and baby :D

@Audie, I was on it for a good week then I got stomach bug/diarrea for a last tuesday and was ****ting water every 30 minutes. I was still training but on thursday when I was doing shoulders I started getting super light headed and dizzy about to pass out so I skipped arms the next day. I went back on Monday to do chest but I was still light headed as fuk. I stopped ****ting water but I think it's pepto bismo doing it, cuz if I'm not taking it I'm sure I'll still be ****ting water. THis shhit sucks... I miss hitting the gym. So this week I'm going to deload since my monday's workout was ****.

I decided not to do the photoshoot so I didn't cut any weight but was urged to jump in for a couple photos last minute.
