If you want to get better you should have started training 6-12 months ago. In one month you won't be able to improve your arm strength, accuracy, or mobility.

Practice and play football. Work with receivers. Watch film of other quarterbacks, their movements, arm position and footwork.
To get ready for the summer, get in the gym and work on your strength and conditioning; WS4SBv3 would be good to run or any S&C program geared towards athletes. Once it warms up a bit you can do more power work, plyo's, and start in on footwork. The key to throwing a football with speed and accuracy is similar to throwing a baseball (pitching) and that is to have a set, stable, base from which to throw from. In other words, throwing starts with the feet and works it way up - which is why a lot of time is spent on QB's footwork. You might want to consider a QB camp if you've never had proper instruction, you could also look into a couple of books; Coaching Quarterbacks: By the Experts (Third Edition) and 101 Quarterback Drills.
I would highly recommend that you find someone (in your area or via skype) who can work with you on technique. Throwing a football well is a specialized skill and it is very helpful to have some one work with you on technique.

I don't think it's that serious man. Sounds like a pickup league
