Hi Sadik. Was wondering about your height along with both off-season and contest weight. Tnx.
My current offseason weight 215-220lbs
My most recent context weight 190lbs
Sadik, I'm a huge fan and I have followed you for years.
I was wondering what your thoughts were on the future of mens physique? Do you feel like they'll start to incorporate more legs or poses in the shows? Also, what are your contest measurements (arms, chest, calves, etc)? What about in the offseason? I know that the mens physique guys are huge, but I don't know exactly what measurements they have.
Thank you!
The future of the MP division is HUGE. It's growing at a rapid pace and I'm excited to ride on this roller coaster. I do not believe they will ever incorporate "more leg" as for posing... They seemed to like my most recent routine (I incorporated a few new things and luckily the judges received it well).
I'm sorry I don't have my measurements. I have never measured myself
Hey Sadik....two questions.
1. What did you weigh for the Olympia this year?
2. What do you plan on working on and how much would you like to weigh for your next contest?
1. 191lbs
2. I will continue to focus on everything as if everything is a weakness. Weight isn't so important to me so I will just use the mirror to guadge my overall physique and not the scale. With that said I do not plan on getting bigger, just better!
Sadik. Do you remember the Synergy days?
1. I heard that you train 3-4 hours a day, did you split it to morning and evening or just in one time per day ? If you split it, did you train different muscle in the morning and evening ?
2. When the first time you start seriously build your body ?
3. You have amazing delt, what is the key to build massive delt like that ?
4. I never find in youtube your video about abs training, how your abs program dude ?
sorry i ask a lot question bro
1. Yes. Two sessions. Cardio and plyos in the morning. Weight training at night.
2. I haven't missed a day of training since I been 18.
3. Super setting side raises with presses!
4. I don't train abs much. Just the usual boring stuff (hanging leg raises, crunchs, mountain climbers, etc...)
Not sure if Sadik is still posting here or not but anyone else who wants to leave their input on this question feel free. My question is how does someone like Sadik improve after last year? IMO he is 100% the kind of physique and as long as he comes in as he always does should win every competition, but the only negative feedback I've ever seen on him is he's "too big" or "too conditioned". What is someone supposed to do who hears that? Get smaller? Lose conditioning, anyone have any input?
I will continue doing what I love! And that is improving and bringing my best to each and every show. God willing one day my time will come. Till then i will continue smiling and inspiring

Of course! I miss that gym!

Now that you are a pro...do you still work a full-time job?
Now that you are a pro...do you still work a full-time job?
I am fortunate enough to make a living off of my sponsorships only if I choose to... BUT, yes I still work full time day job and I will continue too aslong as it doesn't interfere with my iFBB career. Surprisingly I find it rather easy balancing both at the moment :)
Sadik thanks for answering questions here. I am a big fan. do you ever take on someone here to just train with for a day. I am from long island and Bevs is so close.
Just popping in here to say thanks for the new workout, Sadik. I started your workout (with a few variances on keeping my deads/squats high) a few weeks ago as something new to try and it's something. My shoulders and chest have grown in a month and are sore for most of the week. It's fantastic. Thankfully, I'm rebounding from my show last month or I wouldn't have the energy for it. You're an inspiration, my man. Hope to meet you one day, be it in person or on stage.
Hey Sadik, I'm a huge fan of yours. Really nice to see that you acutally come here and answer questions!
1. Do you have a preference in what rep/set range has worked best for you when building mass, or do you have heavy/light periods? Personally I try ignore the weight and instead focus on the tensions with the muscle, what do you think about that?
2. I'd like to compete in a year or so (currently trying to put on mass), what would the first steps be for a 1st timer?
Regards from Sweden!
Sadik do you use a squeem/corset, and if so do you feel it helps reduce the size of your waist? Thanks man!
Hey Sadik,
What coaches / nutritionists are you working with?
Hey man I'm seventeen and you're a huge motivation to me! I was just wondering if you kinda remember where you were at when you were my age, since I've never really seen any photos of you as a teen. How much did you weigh, bench, etc. and at what age did you start to see results that were getting close to how you looked when you started modeling/competing. Also what is your opinion on lifting belts? All your advice on this thread has been great, and in my opinion it could have easily gone either way at the O this year.

1. Lift heavy, eat frequently, and rest sleep a lot!
2. Make sure your posing is on point. Find the right posing that highlights your strengths.

Thought you would be smarter than that.
The only thing which can change your waist is your parents.

He has a transformation picture on his Instagram that shows him at the same bodyfat, smaller, but with a wider waist. Now he has a smaller waist, is bigger, and similarly as lean. The only thing that changed was, he started using the belt/corset.
If corsets worked during the Victorian era, why do you think they wouldn't work now?
What's your take on cardio during a bulk? :)
Really big fan Sadik! Your posing is always on point too!
Love how you're always smiling!

We're not talking about his hips bro, a lot of people get waist and hips confused. We're talking a few inches above his belly button. You're not going to see that difference from the front, but rather the side aka does his gut seem smaller. An vacuums can give better control over the gut as well.

You are the one getting confused bro.

Red = Waist
Green = Hips
The hips start in line with the base of the penis.
Even then, wearing it will not do anything to improve vacuum potential. Genetics and intra-abdominal strength will be the most dominant factors.

Cardio on the offseason is crucial. The better your cardiovascular strength the more blood n nutrients you can pump into the muscle! On the offseason I usually do cardio 3x/week 15-20minutes
