I'm not a fan of cold-cuts because of all the processing and extra sodium and other crap additives, so really the only sandwiches I eat are tuna fish but I'm really not the hugest fan of seafood and I'm curious what other people eat.
I know sandwiches aren't the optimum thing to eat, I only use the Ezekiel non-sprouted bread (which I feel offer more for less calories), and love making PB&J, any hints as to how I could bump the protein content?
