Hey I just started IF a couple days ago. due to schedule, this is how I'm doing it: Up at 5, workout, eat from 7 to 3. What's your guys' opinion on this?

I don't see anything wrong with it. If it works for you, go for it. I personally prefer and evening window, again just my preference.
The Feeding window timing usually only matters when concerning the duration, not the time of day. But as with everything it could vary with having it closer to either waking up or going to bed. Give it a shot for a few weeks and if your not seeing any change try skipping breakfast and having a dinner ie shifting your window towards later in the day.
