Ard 2600 calories 5'7 135 lbs could go abit more agressive but taking my time here.
Find ur maintenance calories add around 200- 400 calories if u want to gain slowly or 500-1000 if u want to have more agressive weight gains
Dont go crazy on the calories though as u will gain alot of fat
I typically lose weight at 3500 Cal/day so when i go back to a true bulking mode I'll probably push 4000-4500/day. Maybe more or less depending on how i feel and what the scale says at weigh ins. Also depends on how much cardio I'm doing (yes i even do cardio when bulking for other health reasons).
I go for 3000 each day. My maintenance is around 2500 I believe.
5'7'' 140 lbs. surplus=500. That's 1 pound per week. I started at 115 lbs half a year ago and my body fat only increased slightly.
My maintenance is ~3300 and I'm bulking at 4000 atm.
Probably around 4200 at the moment.
Might bump it up to 4500.
2650
I need roughly 3100-3200 every day to slow bulk and about 3500 for an all out bulk. I'm 5'9'' 170
3000 to 4000
I'm bulking at 5000/day. I'm 6 ft 6, 220 pounds, and my metabolism is fast as heck so I need a ton of cals
Maintain at 2700 bulk 3200
Maintain at 3000, bulk 3200. Clean bulk ftw!
Maintain at 3200
Bulk at 4000 atm
Maintence is 2900 bulking at 3500 1/2 a pound a week
About 3200 for an all out bulk (I clean bulk, it's great man).
When bulking, you guys count your calories right? Or do you just eat and eat and at the end of the day you know you ate over maintenance?
~2700 cals
High protein, complex carbs, unsaturated fats, fruits and vegetables.
1.76 meters and 68 kg.

I count it. A huge surplus isn't good as there's a limit on how much muscle you can build per month, 2.5 pounds and that's if you're a beginner and if you do everything right.
6'0 197.4 bulk on 5000

2800-3000
Around 3,000 or so 150 grams protein. Adding in the protein makes a massive difference compared to when I was eating only like two scoops of whey a day.
