Are my abs Really that weak :O or is there another reason?
So, I did my first full sit-up using a bare bell with weight on it to hold my feet down. tell now I was only doing 1/2 crunches, cause I had no won to hold my feet, and that was all I could do. To my embarrassment, and frustration I could only do 1 sit-up, and barely at that!
Are my abs really that weak?!? I am 80 pounds over weight, most of that weight juts out in my belly area. My wife says you can hardly tell on the rest of my body. So, that question I have is.....
Are my abs really that pathetically weak, or does having all that extra weight on the front of my belly make sit-ups that much harder to do?
