I wake up naturally around 6-7am
I don't exercise in the morning. it's not an optimal time for resistance training. I prefer midday - or evening if pushed.
Alarm-assisted wakeup every morning. Non-morning person so no exercise, it'd be a horrible workout and an injury waiting to happen.
I have been a "workout in the morning" guy for 30 years. I have a cup of coffee before I head to the gym.

This, except add 4 hours to the timeframe :D xD
I naturally wake up between 4 and 4:30, because I get enough sleep every night.
Or rather, until junior came along a couple months ago. He’s decided 3am is the better wake up time... í ½í¸‚
Yes I do
First 15 minutes slow walking
Next 15 minutes running with maximum speed I can
Next 15 minutes walking with average speed.
I used to do it everyday morning.It gives more energy,positive vibe and freshness.
Yes i do cycling in morning, and at evening i do other hard exercises.
I wake up, drink a dandelion tea, then do a fasted workout. :)
