critique my diet
I'm currently 152 lbs. 5'8, and am trying to bulk as much as I can.
Currently for Breakfast:
~wake up usually eat a bowl of cereal and go to class.
~when i come back from class, 3 egg whites, 2 cups of skim milk, and two slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter
Lunch:
~can of tuna on two slices of whole wheat bread, an apple, and usually some nuts or pretzels or something.
Dinner: whatever my mom or my work makes, I make sure it's healthy though, but allow myself a couple of days usually weekends to eat what I want.
I also take 50g of whey protein for breakfast and after my workout and also take creatine an hour before my workout. I also drink plenty of water through the day.
I guess my question is I know I probably don't eat enough, for some reason I don't get hungry between meals, can anyone just help me out a bit? Thanks!
Since I started my new routine after my surgery i have gone from 147 to 152lbs. but I know i can do better with more food!

try eating more often with smaller meals.
if that doesn't work, give weight gainers a shot or some really calorie dense food. if I wasn't cutting, i'd probalby have Peanut Butter everyday and steak everyday.

My main recommendation would be to make a food log of exactly what you eat for a week and go to a site like calorieking.com and figure out the macronutrient content of your foods (protein calories, fat calories, and carbohydrate calories). From there it would be a lot easier to give you advice.
