Ive been taking 5g of EVLnutrition creatine w/post shake w/no loading phase and I started seeing results after 1 week of use. Just don’t stress about the 1 month time frame and just keep taking it as Will has explained in the OP and you will be enduring the great benefits of taking creatine very soon. ☺️
Yup, people should read the OP, THEN comment if a Q is not covered in the OP.

Hello guys I'm new here I have one question can I use kre-alkalyn and creatine monohydrate at the same time during the day lets say first before workout I would use kre-alkalyn and after workout monohydrate, or there is no point to drink like that I thought maybe if I mix two types of creatine it will work better on my muscle growth of course with other supplements like whey and amino acid and eating... Thank you for your answer

You’re absolutely correct in thinking that this does nothing for your muscles / physique. Creatine is not a product allege panten where you feel the effects instantly and should have going with this.

Monohydrate has all the data and was superior to "buffered" when compared. Again, refer to the OP...
Stick to CM.

Creatine is the best legal supplement. It always works for me

Thanks for the thread..
A couple questions which i may have missed the answer to.
1. Am I correct in saying when i stop creatine, i will lose the added advantage of taking it, but not the total newly strength gained.
IE lifts will decrease a little, but overall be stronger because i have gained strength on the product..
2. How long will it take to get rid of the bloat, or, how long does it take to work it's way out of the system.

Stop taking creatine and benefits of creatine generally stop. What amount of FFM gained while on remains is unknown. As there's no reason to stop, Q is moot. There's no bloat for 9,183,039,10 time.
What amount of creatine should I take for fat reduction?
While it may be a benefit while dieting, it's not a fat loss supplement per se. Follow OP for dosing etc.

If there is NO possibility of bloat then please explain (and I'm being serious and not coming with attitude) why while I was taking it after my early AM workouts (and it WAS CM) I was coming home from work (about 6/7:00 pm) with ankles that were at least twice their size. But then when I stopped taking it, the ankle swelling stopped. My fingers would also swell too towards the time that I stopped. Would taking too much cause that? My pre-workout would have 1 g and then the post workout would have 5 g if I had a full scoop. Although I was only taking about half a scoop due to digestive issues that seemed to ease once I started the half scoop. I probably should also say I have some Auto-immune issues as well (it's too long of a story to necessarily put down now).
What's your thoughts? I feel it really DID help me and would like to take it again once I start back lifting again. I just can't have the swelling (due to some of those health issues and family heart health history).

Can't explain it as I have never seen anyone who had ankles twice the size after creatine use and there's no plausible mechanism. As you mention auto immune issues, family heart health history, etc, it's impossible to know what the causes are from your post. There is some weight gain normally and that's intra muscular and what's part of the benefits and is an anabolic stimulus. It's not sub Q water retention.

Benefits of supplementing with creatine:
Increases muscle strength and size
Enhances recovery
Improves sprint performance
Enhances brain function
However, creatine (basically a fuel source for ATP, which is an energy system used for short bursts of power) is a product not without its share of controversy. Creatine has been viewed as a potentially harmful product by some authorities. It has since been shown that if used correctly, it is one of the safer supplements to take. Also, some forms of creatine are thought to be superior to others.

The OP covered that topic in great depths - as well as additional sources for those who wanted to dig deeper - did it not? We are well passed basic creatine 101 type info you posted I'd say.

It only gets better:
Another potential benefit of creatine; essential energy for antitumor immunity against cancer via essential T cell immunity. While this is a mouse model, there's no reason to think it does not apply to humans. Very exciting finding in my view that tells me keeping creatine levels topped off is important to T cell immunity and may be an effective adjunct T cell–based cancer immunotherapies:
"...our results have identified creatine as an important metabolic regulator controlling antitumor T cell immunity, underscoring the potential of creatine supplementation to improve T cell–based cancer immunotherapies."
Creatine uptake regulates CD8 T cell antitumor immunity
Abstract
T cells demand massive energy to combat cancer; however, the metabolic regulators controlling antitumor T cell immunity have just begun to be unveiled. When studying nutrient usage of tumor-infiltrating immune cells in mice, we detected a sharp increase of the expression of a CrT (Slc6a8) gene, which encodes a surface transporter controlling the uptake of creatine into a cell.
Using CrT knockout mice, we showed that creatine uptake deficiency severely impaired antitumor T cell immunity. Supplementing creatine to WT mice significantly suppressed tumor growth in multiple mouse tumor models, and the combination of creatine supplementation with a PD-1/PD-L1 blockade treatment showed synergistic tumor suppression efficacy.
We further demonstrated that creatine acts as a “molecular battery” conserving bioenergy to power T cell activities. Therefore, our results have identified creatine as an important metabolic regulator controlling antitumor T cell immunity, underscoring the potential of creatine supplementation to improve T cell–based cancer immunotherapies.

Hopefully this hasn't be covered.. Been sick and have been told to stop taking creating. Ive been off it for 1 week. When I go back on it, do I need to load again or can I just take my 5mg as per normal and my creatine levels should saturate again fairly quickly?

Loading is never really necessary.

When I try to post new studies, I often get:

Rest day? What does that even mean? Studies, etc posted here are really not that frequent. Any mods with an answer?
It's covered in the FAQ above if you read carefully. The intra cellular (inside the muscle cell) water is what you want and means it's doing what it's supposed to. The hydration state of the cell is part of the anabolic/catabolic signaling. Some companies have attempted to make chit up with stuff like "no bloat formula" to sell alternative forms to CM. It's nonsense.
i weight like 200 LBS .. ie 97 kg .. is it fine if i take like 9 to 10 gm creatine everyday .. i havent done the loading phase for creatine and its been a month i have started taking creatine

Is there any difference between brands? I've been using optimum nutrition and I been seeing even cheaper deals from other brands. Thanks.

Generally speaking no. Creatine is cheap as chips wholesale and any of the brands you know do a creatine product which will be the same quality as any other manufacturer.
