Dextrose in coffee??
I've got to have a morning coffee, its my one vice, besides women.....mwuhahah, jk. Anyway, would it be better to use dextrose than regualr table sugar, if I'm going to use sugar at all? I've tried splenda in my coffee, not great. What's your opinion?

Me thinks someone could do with a bit more reading.
Dextrose = glucose = pure carbs = not much use for keto. Postworkout dextrose is different since you worked out.

well, I count it with my total carbs for the day. Plus I have it with my breakfast and metamucil, so I don't think that 1 tsp would do much damage.

I may be new to this forum, but not to keto or bb my friend. It's worked for me in the past.
The reason I asked is from what I've read here, being that dextrose is preferentially absorbed by the muscles and not the liver. I guess I was kind of wondering if there was a lesser of two evils.

Lesser yes, good no, I'd personally make the sacrifice and drink it black with nothing, and I do.
