Hello,i've been bulking for around 9 months and i finnished the bulk . Ive went now from 76 KG to 67 KG,im doing a 500 calorie deficit everyday . should i keep cutting ? i guess ill became skinny when i get shredded,because i dont have that much muscles,im around at 14% bodyfat. Should i keep cutting with 200-500 calorie deficit and train hard at the gym meanwhile ? and after that ill go in a lean bulk
My lifts are atm :
bench : 85 kg
deadlift : 125 kg
squats : 115 KG
What is your height?

Why finish a bulk and cut?
From your pix, I didn't think that your bf% looked high but you are lacking LBM
As Mrpb said, post some clearer pix
Your lifts above likely would go up higher/faster when not eating in an energy deficit
Did you take those pictures and think, "yeah, these will do"?

I'd keep eating and focusing on building more muscle. You're ripe for muscle growth on the bulking fruit tree, if you catch my drift.

because i was never "shredded" and i wanted to get shredded and again repeat the cycle . i wouldve continued the bulk but i didnt wanna look like i was out of shape anymore

Gaining quality mass with increasing lifts is way more important IMO than worrying about looking out of shape or gaining a little fat

Honestly bro there’s no real answer to this. Are you happy with yourself? do you think you need to lose fat? then cut. Do you think you need to gain more muscle? then bulk. Do whatever you think you need to and be happy with yourself. Of course if you ask a bunch of bodybuilders we’re gonna say bulk bulk bulk! and you can bulk and probably put on more muscle with not that much fat, but do what you wanna do and what you feel comfortable with

Unless you feel you want to cut. then by all means, cut. Ultimately it’s up to YOU and how you want to look. if you want to look ripped then cut. if you want to gain mass then bulk. it’s all up to YOUR goal, not anybody here or anywhere else. if you want to get the chicks then cut, they don’t care too much about mass as much as being ripped and athletic haha. if you want to look tough and intimidating to potential thugs or going to prison then bulk haha. So you can choose between looking big and tough to the dudes or looking fit and skinny to the chicks. Of course everyone wants to be in between, but that takes several years and even decades of training. Or steroids. In other words you’re not going to look like the movie stars unless you take steroids or train for 10 years, realistically you can cycle bulking and cutting and hope for the best.

Still my advice stands that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, in fact your own beauty in your own eye as your own beholder. if the dude wants to cut he can cut, but i think general consensus here is that you should keep bulking dude because you’re so young and have so much more muscle to grow

Ya know, I actually agree with ya on second thought. Unless you’re doing something that will make you unhealthy, it’s always better to be doing something you enjoy and want to do than something you feel like you have to do in regards to exercise. Builds better habits, you don’t dread workouts, and more conducive to building a lifestyle as opposed to a temporary drudge.

If you decide you need to cut every time you gain 8 pounds, it'll take you forever to get where you're wanting to go. There's a certain amount of "momentum" involved, so ride the "add muscle" train.

I tought it was time to cut since i went from 60 kg to 75 and i gained a lot of strenght
Lack of back and leg pics makes overall evaluation difficult but 150lbs doesn't warrant a cut.
Stop cutting.
Furthermore, based on pics, you have nothing further to cut from. Likely lacked a foundation/base to begin with.
Conclusion: Bulk. Bulk for at least a year. With proper training and diet. Training programs believe mentioned above.

You bulked too fast.
Next time only gain 1 or 2 pounds per month. That way you can bulk without getting fatter.
Yeah in my opinion you should focus on building muscle.
Try to increase the weights every workout if you can.
Remember strength and size is correlated.
So if you can bench 225 for 12 you will have a nice looking chest.
If you can get yourself to 90 pound dumbbells on overhead press your shoulders will blow up.
