Honestly I'm not a huge believer of tons of supplements and fat burners. I am 11 weeks out from my first bikini comp and I'm thinking about trying something for an extra fat burning boost. I am currently 18-20% bf. I just started a Cyclical keto diet to see if it helps. Has anyone heard positive reviews about Shredz?! Maybe I should be patient and see how this diet goes.
