I'm having so muhc trouble deciding on an NO product.
Dymatize Xpand looks really good and it has CEE
Now I'm hearing tons of great things about NO-Xplod and VNS Jacked
then I here that taking plain L-arganine works well too, plus I can stack it with the Bulk CEE I'm taking now.

I can't really give much of a comparison, because Xpand is the first NO product I have tried, but I can tell you that so far it is amazing!!
Im having good luck with V12 Turbo...never tried noexplode but I hear its just creatine/No with caffine added...

However, the directions on NO xplode require you to take the pre WO regiment on an EMPTY stomach and you cannot eat for an hour after.
Think this should apply to all NO products when taking pre WO?

Now I'm looking at Dymatize Xpand again, which makes no mention of eating on an empty stomach. Think I'm ok if I take Xpand right before eating?

I have used MRI's NO2 in the past when I was 'BodyBuilding'. I noticed extremely Beneficial results. Great Pump, great gains, and it was lean mass, not the bloated feeling from Creatine Monohydrates.
I have looked at the product and decided that it can still greatly benefit me in the sport I am competing in now (Kickboxing) even though I have to minimize my weight.
I am curious however about a couple things myself. The old NO2 I used had the physer3 delivery system and apparently a different aakg form. Has anyone been able to compare the 2 now that it has the phylex9 delivery system? Also though it claims to be lean muscle mass gains and should not lose it once you quit using it, has anyone experienced if you actually lose muscle mass?

Personally I do beleive that with all NO products (especially if used as a Pre-WO) it is best to take on an empty stomach. I do not believe MRI's NO2 (which I use) says to do this, but I do it anyway.

The reason your supposed to take NO on an empty stomach is to help it get into you bloodstream more effectively. When taken with food it interferes with the breakdown and transfer process, thats why they say take it btwn 30min to an hour before eating. hope that helps
From what I've read(reviews), Legal Gear Infuse NO seems to give awesome pumps. The problem is the messy application which bothers a lot of folks. Still I'm really interested in trying it out :)

well ive been taking mri no2 plus a little additional l-arginine for about 12 days with pretty good results.last nite i got an amazing pump that lasted about 14 hours.i think with the no products its all about timing.making sure you take them on an empty stomach and having the arginine produce no during ur workout.also meal timing and quality will make a huge difference.
also im not even a little bit sore today even though i went really hard last nite.so i guess the full body recovery is for real.
I have been taking Adenergy Stack for about 3 weeks now and I have gotten great results. I know most of the reviews have said that this product is junk, but I am seeing great pumps and getting solid workouts!
It takes about 1 week to kick in.
I have been getting stronger during my workouts.
The post workout pumps are awesome!

No doubt, Gaspari's SuperPump250 is the best NO product I have used. Gets me jacked up mentally and physically.
I just started a cycle of dymatize xpand yesterday, so hopefully its effective. Ill post again in a couple of weeks with my results.
Nutrabolic's NOZ supercharged is the thing for me. I started off taking it with AE2 and loved every minute of it, now I'm taking a cheaper AKG supplement with 3 daily NOZ servings on the side. There's nothing more complete that this stuff.
I tried 3 scoops of No Explode to day, my 1st day. Didn't do anything noticeable for me. Guess I gotta wait

Theoretically you have to wait about a week...
I don't think you should have to wait for NO-XPLODE.. Even the label says there are waiting, works first time. Worked first time for me. But I wouldn't say it's not impossible for it to kick it in a few days.

Eh...I was just comparing it to my Nitrix.
I started dymatize xpand yesterday and think it might have kicked in today for my arm workout. Im not sure if its mentall or what, but my pump felt harder, and continued for about two hours after my workout. Im really expecting for it to kick in after about a week.
is Optimum Nitric Boost any good and is it worth buying. wat kind of dosage should i take i weight 125 ibs?
xpand is great, but when i stack it with NO infuse it is outrageous. great pumps, nothing can compare
I've only tried 2 : Pumptech and NO2 and out of the two i'd say..
NO2 worked great for me. I had great workouts and i really felt it working , the only negative is that it is expensive.
Is there a a like a consensus top 3 or top 5 NO product people recommend in terms of quality (forget price as an issue, unless if it's something that's over-priced and not worth it ie muscle-tech products)
Well just read that whole thing, looks like NO Explode and SuperPump 250 show well. I will be ordering some 250 soon I think, what do you guys do about off days? right now I have 3 days off due to a leg injury taking my leg day out of my split. Is three days off too long? Should i just lower the dosage on off days? Thnx
