I’m 15 134lbs 5’7
I’ve been working out for abt a year and couple of months now
I was 98 when I started
I’m trying to bulking really badly and fast
How do I bulk?
When bulking do I just eat healthy foods like broccoli?
Or can I still eat chips pizza etc.?
Also I’m doing bro splits should I keep doing them?

If you're having difficulty hitting caloric needs when basing your diet off of nutrient dense foods without feeling miserably bloated, then yes. If not, you're just helping to add on extra poundage that is not lean. *HAPPY BULKING*
