Corona ain't going nuttin on me
Probably one of the best enjoyable lifting days I've had in a while.
BRB easily getting all my supersets in
BRB not having some kunt take ur sheit
BRB only the OG regulars were there
Currently have three gym memberships. Equinox, 24 Hour and UFC. Whoever stays open longest doesn't get cancelled.

I go. Gym was dead today and it was beautiful. My gym is a small anytime fitness and pretty clean. Not worried.

Equinox in LA is like $250/month. Worth it?
Me
Never had the flu in my life with no flu shot, seeing as like 1/10,000th of the amount of people who have the flu have this i'd say risk is small.
Just be careful and wash your hands.
Don't cry if you get the CoronaVirus. You know the risks...

"Only" $170 for the one closest to me
It's literally across the street from the beach/sand though with a great view, it also happens to be the only gym in walking distance to me, and is constantly packed with HBBs. Worth it.

Maybe just a coincidence, but I went to the gym today at my usual time, and it was maybe 30% full. On a regular day, it's maybe about half full, and the gym starts getting crowded when I leave, but it didn't today. Will have to see if this starts becoming a trend, which will be awesome. Thankfully, I don't live with any old people, so I don't have to worry about spreading it to my parents or grandparents. Also been working at home due to the Coronavirus.
going until they close.
ill go even after they close it down, I’ll throw a brick threw the window, have the whole place to myself
Oddly noobs are gone but the old folks are in full swing, the gym staff members are cleaning everything with disinfectant every 15 minutes

wow millionaire over here with the equinox membership
I’m still going. Literally nothing in my daily routine has changed except for seeing all these threads about the virus. I need to take a break from the Internet
I am not going but not because I do not want to but because they are forced to shut-down for 30 days around here starting from last week. I am now doing body weight exercises and squats down from 500+ lbs. Interesting times.
Just went tonight than hit the bar after
Post workout martini?
the gyms around here are shut. need some workout plans for home i think
the gyms around here are shut. need some workout plans for home i think
what about hotel gyms and apartment complex gyms
Just went today, I had a bit of a fever but I sweated it out and feel awesome now. Fasted cardio fixes any flu type illness if you do it right at the start and really get the body temp up, it kills the virus before it has a chance to get entrenched.

That really leads to the question of why the hell you have two additional memberships?

Yeah they're very nice for sure. The one near me is $215 for just the one club or $235 for all of SoCal so I was exaggerating a bit. But I just slum it at 24hr.
im gonna go in a few hours
i aint gonna let some stupid advanced flu gonna stop me from getting my gainz
I'm not stopping.. If they shut down ill order some weights.
I work out in a high rise’s little fitness room. Everything I need. Gets maybe 30 people per day
the gyms around here are shut. need some workout plans for home i think
Good time to start kettlebell training for maintenance
Yes I'm still going, and I sweat and dribble all over the equipment. How else am I going to spread the coronavirus far and wide? It's judgement day for boomers and soyboys and I am a horseman of the apocalypse.

Stop coughing
Nay. all gyms closed in my country. I gotta go to my friends' home gyms

Imagine not curing yourself with a perfectly natural process of overheating the virus to protect random losers at the gym who will end up catching it anyway. I'm basically cured but going again tomorrow to help me cough the remnants of phlegm out which is important for healing too.
I will be going to the gym this morning 3.5 mile run then chest and triceps, bench and squat dips abs
