is cardio after weight lifting bad?
ok so I have heard that doing cardio after weight training is bad because it also contributes to muscle loss, but I also heard that cardio before weights isn't a good idea because it uses up energy you will need for the weights. So should one do cardio on a separate cardio day only? I want to start doing it in the evening after my weight training session but want to make sure it wont affect my muscle gains. I would like to do it in the morning but my schedule doesn't allow me to do it I would have to get up earlier which would cut in to the required 8 hrs sleep.
