Shoulder pain
So I got a scan on my right shoulder because ive had problem for almost a year, it showed no damage on my shoulder or rotatorcuff the doctor said it could be mobility issues and I went to a specialist for help but its not really working. I get very tight in my shoulder/upper trap after I have been sleeping so it becomes very stiff. I have tried taking anti inflammatory and Hot/Cold therapy didn't work, stretching my neck seems to help a little bit before working out. Anyone who has any tips on what I can do? The exercises that bothers me the most at the moment is lat pulldowns/seated rows and of course all shoulder exercises (Not training chest at the moment). And yes I warm up alot and stretch before every workout.

Can you remember what happened when the issue started occurring?

A specialist (what kind of specialist did you see?) should be better equipped to manage your issue. Would you consider seeing another specialist? Have you seen a good physiotherapist?

Have you tried sleeping in different positions and seeing if that makes any difference?

The shoulder joint and upper trap seem to be pretty distant, that the only thing I could imagine is maybe a nerve pinched somewhere from your neck which could be affecting things further down the line.
You could try doing some shoulder diagnostic tests to see if that helps isolating anything specific.
