They are both super strong stim bombs. Titanium is a better rounded formula, but i wouldn't say either product is trying to be that "all in one" pre. I really like them both for what they are. After limited experience/use with both:
I'd say White is probably a little stronger, and honestly, a full serving is a little much for me. 2 times it made me feel nauseous while I was training, and gave me the jitters. The 3rd time I used a little under a full serving and it was smooth (have only used it the 3 times so far). Titanium at the full serving didn't make me nauseous. Maybe a tad jittery, but nothing that left me feeling uncomfortable. That said, I've only used the full serving of Titanium once so far vs twice on White. I'll have a better idea of Titanium after the next use.
White seems to hit faster. Titanium has a gradual build. Yesterday, it peaked around 45-50 minutes after ingestion, and I was ****ing stimmed up at that point. Initially I didn't think Titanium was gonna be as strong as White, but it just kept getting more and more intense until that peak. Both last a long time.
So far I'd say I like Titanium more, but they are super comparable.

Working all day on the 4th of July really stinks. And the worst part, caught a slight bug yesterday and couldn't make it to the gym (head was pounding, stomach felt touchy ...) and now today it's closed.
What a terrible week so far :(

I keep holding out hope that BB.com came make a triumphant return. Just because this is my "home" and a place I love to come to each day to talk about random things like life, work, weightlifting, food, etc. I just hate that a few months ago we made a 5+ page thread giving EXCELLENT recommendations on steps to get this place back to somewhat what it once was ... and literally nothing has changed. Nothing.
