I am working out from 3-4 years without supplemets. But right now i decided to buy some. I bought the following things:
-Gold Standart 100 Whey protein
-Syntha 6
-Bcaa's
-Pharm Assaut
-NO Xplode 2
-Dark Matter
-Bcaa's
-L-carnitine
So, i need somebody to tell me how to use them.

I'd like to nominate Ryan_drummer..updates his log frequently, very loyal to the logs of others, always has enthusiasm in his posts, making good progress

this thread is officially back up and running. i will look and see who i have repped already but if i havent repped someone that got nominated and not given a reason why please renominate that person and i will get to them. i think i had been caught up before i got demodded
as for the guy that asked why i was demodded it was LBM's "rep lottery" thread that i cosigned. apparently the misc took it way to seriously :D lesson learned: dont use the members of the site to troll FA :D

lol yeah i missed you and Baco_Bacon before. you 2 are the last 2 i believe. will look at Chris's log too in a second. going to make this thread a priority now that i dont have a ridiculous amount of people left to rep from the front squat competition.

I feel that you should make a front squat competition in this section also, Gorilla! Haha I'd be all for that, nothing like mixing it up with squats and going for dem front squats!

i am thinking of something like that for the Teen Bodybuilding section. i want to finish off that overhead squat competition thread in the Misc Section first though. it might be the last damn competition i hold in that section lol. too much bishing about the rules and halfway through the comp i only got 4 legit entries.

that is going to be my next sponsored competition! it will be a pain in the ass to judge but i love the exercise so much that i definitely want to see it happen. squats are awesome as well but it gets kind of gay to watch the hips of a bunch of men over and over to make sure they drop below parallel :D besides Press is a make or break you exercise. seperates the men from the sammich makers ;)

Haha they're cool goals I wish too attain. If one is higher than the other nbd. I don't know if it's physically possible to get a 225lb strict press natural or not being a fat powerlifter

lol i woiuld like to think i am not a "fat" powerlifter and i have gotten close(should have tried 220 instead of 225 last week :(). just depends on how much you train that lift and how good you can get it to "click" the days you take it to a maximal or near maximal attempt.
you may or may not have to gain more mass but it doesnt have to be fat. now a 315 press........

Hahaha ty for the hope man! 330 bench is insane and if you hit 220 on ohp with that bench its not too far from my goals!

the bench is close to what i think my max is. i think i got 340-345. press i think i could have had 220 but since it is after bench and incline CGBP i didnt have a lot left. got a vid of a pretty decent cheat press though lol

He has been logging for ~8 months I think, but he is an active member of the forum for over a year and he has been training for almost 2 years. His log is good quality. Frequent update, vids, pics and nicely detailed. His progress since he had started training are insane and he actually making good progress (despite injuries).
You should consider him for mod reps. He totally deserves it!
