Simple Keto Treat recipe made with coconut oil

This is absolutely to die for , keeps my sweet tooth in check,

You take equal parts coconut oil like 1/2 cup melt it
this is where is gets fun, you can basically use any type of filler, i prefer cocoa and Powdered peanut butter.

So basically you add the dry 1/4 cocoa and1/4 Powdered peanut butter (you can also use protein powder) mix it up i add stevia for sweetness as well . You can add nuts, coconut, whatever you want.

Mix so its smooth, grease a pan , or put down wax paper, and spread thin. Throw it in the freezer for about 30 min. It should be hard when you take it out, as the coconut oil hardens again when cold . Crack it into pieces. It has to be kept in the fridge or freezer as it will melt quite quickly at room temp.

That sounds extremely delicious plus coconut oil is great for your dental health.And adding nuts would certainly give it a bit a crunchy feeling.

I am new to this thread and wanted to start a keto diet. I have gained so much weight so now I have to lose weight as soon as possible. So one of my friends suggest me to do the keto diet that it helps to reduce weight as early as possible. But I am completely vegetirian so will you please suggest me what should I take in my keto diet?
