I had such a great reponse to the 8 serving Orange Mango that I decided to go all out and do a full tub of the Fruit Punch. I"ll be using Assault as my pre-wo on training days. I'm also doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit - which is working very well for me (on week 4 right now). I'll post my macros later when I have access to them.
[COLOR=RED][B]Day 1 - Monday 11/7 - Chest/Triceps[/B][/COLOR]
Wide Pushups - 3 sets of 12 (on knees)
Incline Dumbbell Press - 3 sets of 10 @ 17.5lbs
Flat Bench Flyes - 3 sets of 10 @ 12.5lbs
Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 @ 55lbs (personal best)
Close Grip Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 @ 45lbs
Lying EZ-Bar Tricep Ext - 3 sets of 10 @ 25lbs
Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks - 3 sets of 10 @ 15lbs
Overhead Two-Handed Tricep Ext - 3 sets of 10 @ 15lbs
Tricep Cable Pushdown w/ Rope - 3 sets of 10 @ 45lbs

It smelled like a Pixiestick and tasted like someone switched my pre with koolaid or something. Has a great taste. Definitely not something I'll get tired of. Feels like I'm getting a treat before I go kill myself @ the gym.

Didn't notice any floating particles of powder and didn't taste any. Best mix I've seen yet.
[b]Energy = 10/10[/b]
For today it gave me a great boost of energy after a long day of working. Sometimes I need a little pick me up and this did the job. Plus, I was able to fall asleep just fine!
[b]Pumps = 9/10[/b]
Definitely noticed some pumps. Could really feel the muscles while I was pushing them. Lifted heavier than I had been last week, which pumped me up!
[b]Stamina = 9/10[/b]
Only got tired towards the end, but I was pushing myself really hard and I added about 15 mins and 2 more exercises so that might have had something to do with it. I got a 2nd small rush when I was just about done. Got me through the end w/ a little to spare for home.
[b]Overall = 10/10[/b]
I can tell this helped me push harder as my chest is feeling it today. Not painful just sore - the signs of a great workout! Had to take a week off legs so I can't wait to Assault them tonight.
PS. I'm really digging the MP colors right now. Random I know! :)
