WEG, I wonder the same thing. I really do think that BB.com has to hold some accountability for the men out there that think they **** gold and can treat people any way they please.. Like it is some kind of right. I can't really go in there. It warps my sense of reality...

There are definitely a couple guys who go to my gym, think they're body builders (even though they're pretty skinny), and are absolutely miscers.
I knew for sure when I heard one of them say "inb4 I" something or another.

I haven't done one of these -but it will definititely improve your lifts...
But may affect your bulk results and where you want to cut to...
This is my plan
Now > Sept 1 - Bulk
Sept 1 > Dec 1 - CUT like a butcher
Dec 1 > March 31 - 5x5 Stength program and re comp.
April 1> .... bulk again.

Essentially yes. Also majority of the 5x5 programs I have seen, only mainly concentrate on compound movements so you might miss alot of isolation excercises...
I know it is easy to get frustrated and want to switch gears, but consistency will get you where you want to go....
My advice sit down with a PT or Bodybuilder and write out a 12-week program that will get you to you goal and stick with that....

It's more trying to find something that won't aggravate my shoulders too much. I'm ok with pulling exercises and squats etc... bench seems ok if i'm careful. I think the flys and raises is what's killing them. I'm skipping arms/shoulder this week because of this. :(

Try lowering the weight, doing higher reps and going slower on the movement (something like a 4,1,3 movment).
You can also try things like pause reps etc.
This is what I did for about 4 months with my shoulders as they are damaged as chit and by far my weakest body part...

Mine was packed. I finished up with neutral grip chins because there were no free weights for curls.
But guess who did 30 w/g pull ups and 32 n/g chins in the same workout?!? Me! I guess I should be glad there were no free weights. Turned into a pretty workout.

Deadlift - 170kg x1 and 160kg x 2
Bench - 100kg x 1 and 90kg x 2
Squat - 125 kg x 1 and 100 kg x 6
Phucking stoked!
