Snatch is a lot more upper back than delts, isn't it? And OH squats are, well, squats.
I'd say jerk counts because the delts push the weight vertically upward just like in an OHP. Although there's more momentum in a jerk than in even a push press, the delts are directly involved just the same.

There is "some" pressing in the 3rd pull.
The jerk is extremely leg-driven. (and there is some drop there too), so while the bar ends up over your head with your arms extended, I'm not sure how "press-ish" it is.
*Anyways, didn't count them in this week's report. :P
I would say any type of jerk is out. A jerk is a jerk...that would be hips and leg drive...if you are doing it correctly. Thats just my $0.02...cause a press out in a jerk/snatch...is a no lift, if someone asked you to do a push press you would not re bend your knees

Today I carried 110kg around in Frot Squat Hold, Snatch SLDL'ed 110kg it Cleaned some 80kgs with no no pain...So I guess I'll be doing thus stupid volume thingie for 2-3 weeks more, and then return to normal function. O:
