Does it really help with getting muscle pumps? How much would you add?

I sometimes take 1g of Pink Himalayan salt prior to training, especially during the Summer days, seeing as it helps with hydration and electrolyte balance.
I notice an increase in pumps and overall endurance when I have taken some pre training.

Thanks. I also have the exact same salt (Himalayan pink salt). Would never go back to regular table salt (ewwww).

you can't add salt to a drink with arginine or citruline, but I think it would try a 1/2 a 1/4 teaspoon I got to be honest I think you should mix the powder in gatorade and designer water you got to be the **** to make your own ****

Do you guys worry that it may cause high blood pressure though?

You could discuss this with your doctor. In my case my BPis not particularly affected by my salt intake. In fact as I tend to make most of my meals at home and live in a hotter cliimate and due to blood test result, my doctor recommended I salt my food a bit more heavily.
YMMV

Total daily sodium intake can impact blood pressure (~1/3 of people respond more to this than the rest of the population). If your blood pressure is not high this will be less of an issue. Have you had your blood pressure checked recently?
Put Himalayan salt in my salad daily for years and have not noticed a difference when working out afterwards. Pump is more influenced by the exercise or rep range I am focusing on, atleast for me.
