I used to go through the same thing. The best thing you could do is unplug from social media, do a lot of meditation, do things that make you feel purposeful, needed, and strong. Psilocybin does wonders apparently (if taken in its natural form), but I don't condone using drugs — but this is what I have learned.

"everything will be solved" is a bold statement. It will certainly help if you're feeling down, but some try their best and remain depressed (such as me 2.5yrs ago) because of underlying conditions.
Teenagers are not much more under stress than years ago. I will tell you what stress is: having a father who is too ill to go to work and you have to stay home from school sometimes to look after him. Living in a 2 room flat in the East End, with a mother that works all hours and having to look after young siblings. That is stress, but did not feel any of it until I bought a microwave oven, when I started getting headaches, palpitations and anxiety. After using a mobile phone made the symptoms worse I realised that it was something common in both: the microwaves that make them work. Stopping using these has reduced the anxiety and never needed any medication but I need to avoid prolonged use of any wireless techs. This has not been easy for me to write but I am upset that nobody seems to put the 2 together. This began when the smart phone became more than a phone. We must reassess the ubiquitous use of wireless techs and keep them for more important things than social media.
Involve yourself in healthy situations with good mates, try not to overthink and remember you are not alone
The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion
I began struggling with depression back when I was 13 years old. I'm 17 now, and it's worse than ever. I'm not usually the type to go seeking help on the internet, but I've gotten to the point where i'll do anything. Other than my gf recently leaving me, I haven't had really any extremely hard things happen to me in my lifetime. I've got a good life, good family, money, great education, potential, friends, etc... Life just constantly feels meaningless though. I know it's stupid and irrational, but I constantly struggle with bitterness, anger, and depression and I'm not even sure why. I used to be a fairly talkative, funny guy, but I barely even talk anymore. I'm very monotone, stone faced, and robotic. I feel apathetic and don't really care about anything. I used to like being around people, but I hate it now and prefer being alone. The only thing that give me any happiness or relief anymore is weightlifting. I've begun training 6 days a week, 3 hours a day just to get relief. I know my problem probably sounds irrational and retarded, but I need some help/advice. After almost 5 years of feeling hopeless and angry, i'll do just about anything. Have any of you guys ever struggle with this and overcome it? Do you have any tips or advice?
hey brah completely understand where your coming from as i was there not many months ago, all i can suggest is keep lifting eating healthy, forget girls and just do protective things throughout the day, walking riding a bike or even cleaning, just make sure it improves you or or your surroundings, trust me bro it will get better
