Met-Rx
I think a mix of foods is good for an MRP. When I'm out and about/on the road, for "meals" when meals aren't available, I like to eat something like this:
1 scoop of powder blend
1 serving of mixed nuts
1 apple
a few handfuls of jerky.
This keeps me satiated and provides micronutrients/enzymes needed for putting the macros to best use!

BRB, going to buy 500 dollars worth of these, 'cause Eric Spoto eats 'em hahahahaha. Is that really you?!

Maybe not the best overall, but I love the flavors.

I think it is.
I love those Colossal Big 100 protein bars, they have some sugar but they taste dang good and have like 32 grams of protein. I eat like 3 a day lol.

x2.
It was my favorite when I first started lifting in 2004 and it's my favorite today.
What's crazy is the price hasn't changed since I first started using it. Meanwhile, in 2004 a 10 lb bag of Optimum Gold Standard was like 50 bucks and now it's double the cost. Brb 2 scoops of whey protein is almost the cost of a full meal replacement.
As whey has gradually become a ripoff (imo) I've fallen back more and more on Met-Rx mrps, at this point it's the only protein drink I use.
The products from advocare.com/130639545 are what got me to my goals

Hi, I dont know where to go with this question never used the forum before but im in the Army and about to go to a new base for 6 months. The meals suck and its not easy to get to a supermarket never mind cook so im looking for a meal replacement. Something to keep me big but lean still. Is there any you can recommend?
I was fortunate enough a few months back to score some of Labradas MRP in the 2.47lb containers for cheap, and actually used it as my post workout. I was very impressed; taste, mixability, results all solid. The flavor was Strawberry and unfortunately the site I purchased it from no longer carries it.. Labrada overall is solid!!!
