are my shoulders too broad?
Hello everyone I'm new to here! :)
Recently I have noticed that my shoulders look just strange, I think the ratio between my chest/shoulders and my body below them is strange. What I think is my shoulders might be too broad proportionally and too flat, especially when i am wearing T-shirts. But I am not sure if it is the reason.
What can I do to make it more balance? i am currently doing only very light weight training on my shoulders/chests and back. Also trying hard to lose weight.
