Damn man good ass job.. how long was the transformation? I my self went thru a 1 year transformation. I was at 240 now im 184

I lost the 60 pounds in about 6 months or so Give or take... last 6 months I'v been packing on muscle and getting my body fat % down. Currently I think I'm at about 15% or so maybe less not really sure..

Holy **** man 4 months you did that wow!! damn good job man.. That's some dedication.. Me to, ill never get fat again. Being fat sucked. I did my weight loss transformation for my son. I wanted him to have a healthy dad growing up.

Had alot better lighting in some of those pix the lighting in my main bathroom is this awful brite yellow bull**** its positioned perfectly so it casts ZERO shadows
