Restaurant keto diet
Hi there,
I've been practicing keto diet for a while now (10years on/off).
Because I completely stopped eating out and eat exclusively at home (in that timeframe)
- I think I lost an idea what is a really tasty meal, so I'd like to go out and eat a keto meal in a (high class) restaurant prepared by a professional.
Let me hear your suggestions,
you can be creative as much as you want.
So suggestions can be
low budget,
mid budget,
high budget
Thank you in advance!

Low budget - hamburger patty and water
Mid budget - grilled chicken breast and a basic salad with a beer
High budget - beef steak and a nice salad with a nice bourbon
-
feel free to suggest any of those "perverse" meal ideas
i.e.
Grilled dentex dentex with salad (or swiss chard) and black olives
Steak tartare ...
egg omelette with tuffles ...

got loads for low budget - any naked chipotle bowl with lettuce instead of rice and beans
lettuce wrap naked burger
chicken caesar salad
grilled chicken from Nandos

Choose a meal on the menu but replace the carbs with something creative:
Instead of potatoes get falafels
Instead of fries get halloumi strips
Instead of rice get roasted cauliflowers
Bread is the tough one to replace, since keto bread is kind of specialty and most restaurants wont have it.

I think you're a little misinformed. Oatmeal has plenty of carbohydrates. What you meant is a low carb diet. It's virtually impossible to stick to a no carb diet unless all you're eating is chicken fish and eggs, which isn't healthy b/c you need vegetables.
