Question about skin
Hey guys, I'm 19, 5'10, 104 KG, and I'd estimate around 28ish or even more body fat%. I was just wondering if by losing 20 KG I am destined to have loose skin or there's things I can do to prevent loose skin. I really don't care about my stretch marks but I really do care about loose skin.
I haven't ate junk food for 2 months now, only eat at 1pm and 8pm, however I eat medium sized portions and it can be just casual food, not really healthy. I work out 3x a week doing Phraks greyskull, and I've started doing HIIT 5x per week.
Is there anything I can do to prevent loose skin?

Nothing you can do to prevent loose skin. If you have it, you have it. Why are you concerned with loose skin? Focus on improving overall health. Its a medical fact that loose skin won't kill you, but a heart attack can.

Because I also want to look aesthetically good.

My crystal ball is in the shop so I can't say with 100% certainty but if you focus on retaining muscle while losing and then building muscle once you're lean, whatever loose skin you have will likely be minor, as in not noticeable unless you pull it away from your body or point it out to people. You're a young male so you have fairly elastic skin plus once you get your weight in check your hormonal profile will be in the golden spot for muscle building. If I were you I wouldn't spend any time at all thinking about loose skin.

Lose skin is a lot better than extra fats anyway you put it.
You're jumping from fat to aesthetic so soon.
- Cut to lose extra weight first
- By the time you reach your cut goal, you will surely have lose skins.
- Slow bulk to gain muscles. That way, it can stretch your skin back again and will lessen the lose skin.
- Repeat cycle.
You are still young, it may disappear but you have to worry about your weight first before thinking about looking bad due to lose skins.

Everyone is different. I've lost 25-40 pounds at leat a half dozen times and I don't have much in the way if loose skin but somebody else might.
Just focus on getting healthy.

Lose skin is not something you need to try and fix. It will be what it will be.
I can tell you I have never regretted losing the weight that was making me miserable and unhealthy. The only way for me to fill in my loose skin would be to gain almost all of it back. That happens on a cold day in hell, I'm never going back to obesity.

around the same stats as you when i started losing weight (maybe slightly more), i'm currently 79kg and no loose skin. maybe i get it if i cut even further idk i'll see by then. anyway my weight is currently healthy so i could stay like this without loose skin but i'm still a bit chubby. Everyone is different though
