Morning all.
Night shift crew checking in. About to sleep a bit.
Checks pulse... Yep still alive. I thought this day was going to kill me. Between no sleep and ridiculous work schedule today, struggling.
But guess what???

Now sending messages to loads of advertisers seeing if someone will part with one for an extremely cheeky low offer.
We now wait and see if DNG pulls of a deal.

Of course.
My son just started his very first summer job a week ago. He's enjoying it and that first paycheck was something that had him pumped up. He came home and woke me up at 11:30pm (after closing) and showed me. Funny times.
Seeing him off on his first day on the job.....

Looking really good there Dub.
I must ask. How is the young lad? IIRC he was quite low at one point. Hope he has perked up mate.

He is really doing great. Thank you !
His lowest grade this past year was a 97 in physics. Freaks me out with his grades. Doesn't get this from me.
16 and sporting around in his new red Jeep parked behind us in the pic. He has a really cool girlfriend who is knocking down some stellar grades, too. Good kids. I am a very fortunate father.
Thanks, again.
whew wee he's a giant of a kiddo
glad he is feeling better about things

Yeah Knothead was excited to go and cash his first check today. Only 30 hours but he is definitely looking forward to next week since he will have in about 50 hours. LOL!

That's just awesome!
I've always used the word "earthy" as a, polite, way to say a pile of compost.
And...that boy of yours Dubs, he must be near 7ft tall!

In that situation it probably means "real, down to earth." I would use it more for like a gardener, someone who spends time digging up taters out of their garden and enjoying it, which is both hippie and dirty, which are good things.
Work day didn't kill me. Lead Doctor over the clinic pulled me aside today to thank me for all I do. Said I've saved the division upwards of $100k in the last 6 months.
Said when he gets back from vacation in a few weeks, he is calling me in with him and the president, and I'm getting a sizable raise.
