24lbs down. Mentally and physically f.ucked at this point. Cant wait to just have a week off and eat like a boss!
Just finished mine, layover in Dallas waiting for my flight to Mexico 8-)

13.5 weeks into a 14 week cut/contest prep. i cannot wait for this to be over so i can relax and stop weighing all my food.
I'm bulking! MMM FOOD :P
Seriously though, I need to get bigger before I cut so i don't look like a gangly wimp NEXT summer :P (bulking until Janurary, cutting after that for summer :D)
10lbs down. Hoping to get another 10 off, and also hoping by then it can be time to bulk.

Down 31 lbs so far. Roughly ~12% body fat, maybe 13. Thinking I should be content around 152-153. Only have 15 days before I can't cut anymore (surgery).

Dropped 6-7 pounds (shed a lot of fat including water weight) since end of March, but I'm actually clean bulking atm.
Bulking through the summer this year (srs). Won't be any where near the level of shred I was last year.
Competing next year. Will probably start to cut near the end of summer.
Down 5 pounds. Still going strong. Just entered a 4 week transformation challenge with a few of my FB friends. Starts tomorrow. Time to get srs.

Down about 10 lbs so far. I'm starting to think I was ambitious to aim for 145.
Done two weeks ago, bulking through summer, want to compete and already lean enough.

This is my first actual cut and its actually going pretty good.
I'm cutting 15% and I'm actually not as hungry as I thought I would be on most days. Body is shaping up pretty well, but I wish I would have started a month or so earlier
Looking forward to bulking around Oct. though

I always wonder why people are cutting and weigh 150lbs. Just curious as to the rationale behind it, I mean to each his own but don't you feel extremely small/skinny at that weight? Thanks!
