Damn Josef .. you keep adding lean mass and are as shredded as ever. Great volume and intensity on those vids and it looks like you've added a load of size to those calves. It was probably over a year ago that you were planning on a bulk .. what weight did you bulk to before your cut or did you stay lean bulking in the end? Awesome aesthetics

Im bulking now so I don't re-feed.
But when cutting yes I go up to 1000g carbs on a day for a re-feed.
