I was a distance runner during the early stages of my anorexia, and ran 19-20 miles a few times a week.
So today wasn't anything horrible by any means.
Mile time is around 7:30.

What was most impressive to me was how he dominated his weight class. After Monkay's 1st lift on DL, I think it was still enough to beat everyone else's totals after completing all their lifts. He had a projected 10-20kg buffer for most of the DL round. It made sense why he went for it all at 551lbs, knowing it was already wrapped up neatly with a pretty little ribbon on top.

No surgury. ~6 weeks recovery and following up with the foot Dr this wednesday.
