All injuries are dumb.
Multi-ply meet. It will be my first time in any kind of gear for DL and wearing single ply briefs and suit. DL will depend on how the rest of the meet goes, but if I hit my 805 squat and can get a 620 for my 3rd bench, I will take 575 to get a 2000 total. Bench has been shaky lately, so I will have to have a perfect day to get 620. More than likely, I will finish up with a 550 DL.
